Yes, provided that the login method does not have another Metalist Game account linked.
For example, if you initially registered a Metalist Game account using a wallet address, you can still link an email to it.
Option 1:
Visit Metalist Wallet - User Center - Account Security, and then link your email address.

Visit the Metalist Game official website - My Profile, and then link your email address.

For some IOS device, clicking on the Metamask icon on the login page does not produce any response.
This issue may be related to slow network loading. We suggest you switch to a VPN network and try again.
To ensure the security of your account, Metalist wallet only allows you to reset your password, not retrieve it. Reset password method:
Step 1: On the Metalist Wallet, press on user's avatar in the upper left corner.
Step 2: Select the first item "Accounts & Security" in the menu.
Step 3: On the Accounts & Security, press on the option "Reset password".
After a deposit error, please confirm the following details:
Which network's deposit address did you obtain, and which assets were sent to which network?
Here are two common error scenarios:
1) Sent via an incorrect network
If you sent assets via a non-EVM network, there is a high probability that the assets will be permanently lost.
Example: If you obtained a deposit address for the BNB_Chain network and mistakenly sent USDT to an another non-EVM network (eg. Solana, Avalanche, Tron, EOS).
If you sent assets via an EVM network, There is a chance to get your assets back. Please contact our customer service and provide your contact email, Metalist Game account, transaction hash.
Example: If you obtained a deposit address for the BNB_Chain network and mistakenly sent USDT to an another EVM network (eg. Ethererum, opBNB, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
2) Sent an incorrect asset:
There is a chance to get your assets back. Please contact our customer service and provide your contact email, Metalist Game account, transaction hash.
Example: If you intended to send USDT and mistakenly sent BNB to the deposit address.
Wallet account and game account are two different accounts. If you want to list in-game assets to the Marketplace or withdraw them to an external wallet, you need to transfer them from your in-game account to your wallet account first. There are no extra cost for transfers.
Network fee is a transaction fee charged by the network to process a transaction on the blockchain and may be adjuested in the event of network congestion.
For certain functions such as withdraw and Swap, Users have to pay Network fees to ensure their transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
If you access Metalist wallet from a certain application(website or game), you may find that some assets are not supported for transfer, which depends on the developer's configuration of the wallet.
